Short version

RiskiBits sets no advertising, marketing or analytics cookies, and does no cross-site tracking. Because the site sets no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is shown — there is nothing to consent to.

What is actually stored

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

Our host, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance to distinguish humans from bots and mitigate attacks. These are strictly necessary for the site to work safely, contain no marketing data, and are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive.

Local storage (stays on your device)

The site uses your browser's localStorage — not cookies, never sent to us — for two small conveniences:

• remembering which articles you have "liked", so the button doesn't double-count;
• on a few older articles, keeping any comment you posted there (those comments never leave your browser).

You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track visitors. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Third-party sites

If you follow a link to Gumroad, Substack, or another external site, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over those.
